The Lawson family have been at North Cassingray Farm on the East Coast of Scotland in Fife for 10 years since moving their Friesian and Shorthorn herd from Northern Ireland.
Farming 300 acres, Basil and son Adam now run 150 cows and followers aiming for a herd of cows which last a long time and produce 50 tonnes of milk over six or seven lactations.
